For this tabletopper you will be using Heat & Bond to fuse
the fabric to the background and then use a decorative
blanket stitch to finish the edges. A pretty scalloped bound
edge finishes it off perfectly. The stitching can be done on the
machine or make it a relaxing handsewing day.
