We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days of receipt of payment. During busy periods or in the case of custom or cut to order goods, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
2. Delivery methods and charges
We use Royal Mail and/or reputable courier services for delivery. Available delivery options, estimated timescales and charges will be displayed at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order.
3. Delivery timescales
Any delivery times stated are estimates only and are not guaranteed, although we will use reasonable efforts to meet them. Standard UK delivery usually takes between 2 and 4 working days from the date of dispatch, but this may vary depending on the carrier and time of year.
4. Delivery address and access
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including postcode and any relevant delivery instructions. If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the parcel was not collected from the carrier after a delivery attempt or card was left, we may charge you for redelivery.
5. Risk and ownership
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them. Ownership of the goods passes to you only once we have received full payment for them.
6. Delayed or missing deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale, please contact us. We may ask you to check with neighbours or your local delivery office in case of attempted delivery. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either provide a replacement, subject to stock, or a refund.
7. International delivery (if offered)
If we offer delivery outside the United Kingdom, additional charges, duties or taxes may apply. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges levied by the destination country.
8. Click and collect (if offered)
Where a click and collect service is available, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection from the Shop. You must collect your order within the period specified in our communication, bringing proof of purchase and any identification we reasonably request.
